Right Fit Guarantee

Sloth Outfitters guarantees that the products you receive you will always be the right size with the Right Size Guarantee. In the event that your shoes do not fit, we offer one free replacement at a different size. Simply pick the new size that you would like to try and we will send it to you absolutely for free. You can choose a replacement up to two sizes larger or smaller than the ones delivered. More than two sizes will be considered a customer input error, in this case we are not able to replace your order.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team at and request order modifications or a cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate order cancellation requests within this time frame. Please note cancellation is not guaranteed as we aim to begin order processing as fast as possible in the interest of speedy delivery. In the event that the order goes is processed through our manufacturing facility before the request is received we are unable to halt the production process.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

Consistent product quality and order accuracy is important to Sloth Outfitters. In the event that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality prints, or incorrect product, we guarantee a free replacement order or refund on the affected items.

To process a replacement or refund, we require an order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print, or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at and one of our helpful support staff will organize a replacement or a refund for you.

Refunds or replacements can be requested up to 30 days after the order was marked as delivered by the postal service, after which we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sloth Outfitters is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. We export products from multiple warehouses located in different legal jurisdictions as to minimize the event of customs or duties being placed on orders. In spite of this, since various countries have different taxation and tariff policies, the risk of customs duty application cannot be guaranteed. All fees imposed by your government during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order not Received

If your item has not arrived within 45 days, contact one of our team members through our contact us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)


Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.

Input Errors while Ordering

Sloth Outfitters is not responsible for any customer input errors while ordering such as selecting the incorrect product, entering an incorrect shipping address, or misfiling contact information.
